  1. Talk with your ISO payment processor and confirm they are already partnered with Tuzo. If not, encourage them to contact us. *If you don't have an ISO/Payment Processor, we can set you up with one of our trusted partners.*

  2. Your ISO will send you a link when your profile is registered.

  3. Activate your merchant profile and confirm your information.

You can upload, change, or delete your profile picture within your User Profile. This page is accessible in the top navigation bar within the Tuzo app.

On the Log In screen, you can click 'Forgot your password?' and follow the instructions to update your password.

Your points may be pending, processing, or not displaying due to a technical issue. If the problem does not resolve itself within 48 hours, feel free to contact us for further assistance.

While you're waiting to accrue more points or for your points to be approved, you can save desired rewards to your Wish List for safekeeping.

As an ISO user, merchants associated with your account must have a Tuzo account. In order to see data in your Activity dashboard, you'll need invite them to make accounts on the Tuzo app.

In your user profile, you can change the number of default basis points. If you are a whitelisted ISO user, your company logo will also appear within the calculator design.

To share your personalized version of the Tuzo calculator, first go to your profile page. From there you can copy the URL or embed it into your own website.

On the Log In screen, you can click 'Forgot your password?' and follow the instructions to update your password.
